NCVO’s impact training is underpinned by their knowledge and experience in the area of impact, having worked for many years both in driving forward the impact agenda and in helping organisations to improve their impact practice. They help social enterprise and voluntary sector organisations to demonstrate to stakeholders the difference that they make, and to communicate and learn from success.

This event welcomes anyone who is new or fairly new to impact as a topic, anyone with responsibility for creating or implementing their organisational strategy, or anyone who wishes to understand why impact matters and how to apply the key concepts and terminology.
