Philippa Lynch - Performance and Information Analyst, Audit Commission
I am a performance information analyst with the Audit Commission, working on the development, use and presentation of performance information for local authorities in England. As well as developing and supporting statutory performance indicators focused on local authority services, I have been involved in the development of broader frameworks to address local ‘quality of life’ and wellbeing, and the development of web-based information tools.
