Timing

Please arrive at 9.00am on Thursday 1 December to register for the event. Light refreshments will be served in the Battlesbridge Room.
The event will start at 9.30am.

The launch will conclude with a drinks reception from 5.00pm to 6.30pm in the Battlesbridge Room.

Accommodation

Both the Premier Inn and Travelodge in Kings Cross are a short walk from the launch venue.

Transport

Arriving by train
Mainline railway stations Kings Cross St Pancras and Euston are both in close proximity to the launch venue.
Eurostar travellers will arrive at St Pancras International, a 5 minute taxi ride or 15 minute walk to the venue.

London underground connections
The nearest London underground station is Kings Cross St Pancras, which links to the Circle, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City, Piccadilly,
Northern and Victoria lines. The station has step-free access from the platform to the street level. A map of the London underground

Taxis
Visitors can pick up taxis at the taxi ranks at Kings Cross and St Pancras Stations, or on York Way itself on departure.

Buses
The bus route to York Way is the 390. Other services running to nearby King’s Cross – St Pancras are bus routes:
10, 17, 30, 45, 46, 59, 63, 73, 91, 205, 214, 259 and 476.

Cars
Kings Place is easily accessible by car and is clearly signposted in the immediate area. The building is outside of the Congestion Charge Zone.
The nearest car park is NCP London St Pancras on Pancras Road, open 24 hours, seven days a week.

Cancellation Policy

We will provide a full refund if a booking is cancelled at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the launch event. Cancellations should be received in writing, preferably via email to conference@siaassociation.org.

After this date we regret that no refund can be given.

If you have paid for the launch event but are unable to attend for any reason, a substitute delegate may attend in your place. Please let us know about these changes at least three full days before the event, although we understand that in some circumstances this may not be possible.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content or speakers at an event. Wherever possible we will endeavour to inform all attendees in advance.
