I am the head of the analysis department at Midot. Midot is focused on promoting the effectiveness of the Israeli non-profit sector by a) Rating charities according to their potential of effectiveness; b) Publishing sector reports which aim to improve effectiveness in specific sectors; c) Promoting public debate concerning effectiveness issues, and d) Giving consultancy services to donors.

Currently I am working on rating charities in various fields of interest, writing sector reports, and am also working as a consultant for donors about being more effective.
